My Name is Doug, but most call me Douglife.

What can I say? I’m a nerd. I’ve been working with computers 60% of my life now. My first memories online are playing the famed Blizzard game Diablo. I remembered having to use my dial-up connection to play for hours on end. From there I met other online players, and some of them had their own websites. This ultimately inspired me to begin creating websites of my own. Since 1994 I’ve helped in small amounts shape how the internet is today. From learning how to run Unix systems for dial-up customers at Naturecoast.net, to my current position as a Search Engine Specialist at Limelight Digital, the internet, computers and gadgets have been an obsession of mine, and likely to be the death of me.

I like fashion, gadgets, art, & food.

Personally, I haven’t found anything I wouldn’t eat again. I love all forms of music, but I don’t want to talk to you about your favorites. Sometimes I consider myself an expert in Search Engine Optimization, sometimes Graphic Design, or Web Development. Hell, I’ve probably said I’m the bomb on twitter before.
